w-inds. is set to release a new three DVD set, w-inds. Live Tour 2008 "Seventh Ave.", on December 17th. Disc one will include footage from the group's concerts held at Nippon Budokan and Yoyogi Daiichi Taiikukan on August 28th and September 23rd, respectively. Disc two will contain rehearsal footage, off-shot material and a documentary, while disc three will include digest footage from the September 23rd live in addition to messages from the members.

Kanjani8 will release their new single, Musekinin Hero on October 29th. It will be available in three different versions. Type A will feature the title track in addition to Kemuri and ∞o'clock 08, as well as a DVD with fuka-fuka Love the Earth and BJ from their August 30th tour final. Type B will include the same tracks, plus a DVD with live footage of desire, torn and Hoshii mono wa. Type C will include the title track and Mitchishirube as well as the karaoke version of Musekinin Hero. miyavi will be releasing a new DVD and remix album on December 24th. The album, Room No. 382, is said to be an evolution of the NEO-VISUALISM sound and will feature songs from miyavi's indie days up through his latest songs and will be remixed by TeddyLoid.

Presented by Cure magazine, solo-artist Kaya will be making his long-awaited US debut at the American convention Pacific Media Expo in Los Angeles, California. The convention will take place from November 7th to 9th, and Kaya will be performing on Saturday, November 8th. He will also be attending a panel session and signing autographs.

YOSHIKI is co-producing the American rock opera film "Repo! The Genetic Opera," which will star celebrities such as Alexa Vega, Anthony Head, Sarah Brightman and Paris Hilton. The opening of the film has been scheduled for November 7th in four cities (Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York City and Las Vegas)

He is also producing the soundtrack of the film, and YOSHIKI will also compose one extra track.

DEEN will release a new single, Eien no Ashita, on December 10th. The song will be the theme to the Nintendo DS game "Tales of Hearts" and the single will also feature an alternate version of their hit single, Yume de aru you ni, theme song of the 1997 game "Tales of Destiny." The limited edition will include a DVD featuring the music video for the "Tales of Heart" version of Eien no Ashita, as well as making-of footage.
